I grew up in NYC in low-income no. I wasn't poor but we eat what my mom could afford from kool-aid. Friend food frozen pancake, waffles, canned beans, and corn. South filling dishes. Friend pork chops and fried chicken eating animals isn't just normal, it's the only option. It cheap and it was all that was in the freeze 95% of the time.

After moving back from Italy I was exposed to real food even share this information with my mother well. I was there that week was the first and last time I ate animal products never looked back.

After using the plant-based lifestyle to cleanse my life but also lose 60lbs,  I felt feel more energy than I ever had, I’ve realized exactly what it takes to live a life of kindness and eat with the intention
