I have started this recording what I've been eating in a week or daily in a food log. Below I have attached three daily food log


Why we should have a food log?


Keeping a food diary will allow you to analyze what foods you are not eating enough of, or which ones you're eating too much. It can be beneficial to jot down your location, time of day, and mood when keeping a food journal.




What are the benefits of using a food log?

  • It can help you remember what you have eaten that day.

  • If you are also tracking calories, you can see where you can improve if you are trying to achieve a goal.

  • It will let you see if you are eating too much or NOT enough.
