This recipe is so delicious , I would have never thought to make kiwi into a jam. Until I knew I wasn't going to eat my kiwi, and I needed to do something with it. So I turned it into jam, and I put it on my muffin, and bagel. I put it on bread, its delicious. It is so good it's sweet and has a little tangyness to it. I'd recommend anybody trying this if you love kiwi or like kiwi or just want that one something a little different.
