My Morning Routine

Every morning since last week I take an hour before picking up my phone an hour or two to just write journal get ready for the day meditate stretch sometimes I take longer than 2 or 3 hours but I just get everything I need to get done in the morning to prepare my mind my body and brain for my day.


I usually start with brushing my teeth washing my face.


I'll meditate for 5 to 7 min


Then I'll journal write down some things write a mini menu for the week.


I'll also write and answer this question everyday in my planner, that question is ( what great idea can I think of today, that can help me improve me and others)


The answer to this question doesn't have to be massive. It can be something, as simple as just meal prep ideas, or sharing a video. Sharing a recipe, because you don't know who's going to watch that video. You don't know, who needs that help as simple as writing this blog.


For my helping myself i put being more self sufficient everyday. An talking time out out of my day for self care and clearing my mind 2-3x a week.


Next I'll get on my phone give myself 45 minutes on Facebook because I used to use it obsessively so for the last 7 months I've only given myself 45 minutes on Facebook that gives me time to promote share videos post on my pages you know stuff like that.


Answer some email and edit seven video which i will be posting every Thursday and sunday


That's apart of my daily routine I also make breakfast which does take very long depending on my mood.
