In this video I share how I organised for the new year and before going food shopping getting rid of stuff I wont use etc watch below:
These are the first and last words in cutting your grocery bill
Set a Budget, and Stick to It:
This is easier said than done trust me took me a well to get down to $30- $40 weekly budget trying to make that my monthly budget in due time baby step. Cut the amount in half as I did start there.
Don't Shop the Same Store Every Week:
Switch it up now and then, I love the farmer market. You get to talk to farmer well your there maybe even a discount on the beat-up fruit and vegetables someone say a veggie stock or frozen fruit and veggie.
Use Coupons:
These are your best friends I check these daily on my app for Wegmans I also have a shopping list they allow you to create it equal $35 all the fruit I buy weekly and if I don't eat what on there i remove and find something of equal value. So I can stay in price range make sure the coupons worth it.
Participate in Meatless Monday.

Stop Wasting Food.
I don't throw away any of the ends and odds of my chop veggies. I save them, to make veggie stock. I use the watermelon, end to make a face mask and also add to smoothie the watermelon rind, which can be used in so many ways. The orange peel and skin of any fruit can be used dried and turned into seasoning or added into a baked good. mushroom end I turn into mushroom powder. I cut back on buy plastic I make my bread there so much you can do to stop wasting food.
Remember that there are people on this planet who have to fight for the same food you threw away deal and people who pray for the freedom to have the choices that you have and options.
