For the last six months I've reduce my soy intake by 50% personal choice I've been eating more alkaline base meals and enjoy how creativity you can get when you have to make something else so .
Chickpea scramble or you can even make an omelette
Recipe simple you can make a lot of this flour mixture and leave it in you storage and use is as needed i also sale it on my website . If you'd like to buy it. ORDER HERE

Recipes:
1/4 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
1/3 cup Water ( add more if needed to make omlette)
1/4 tsp. Basil
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 tsp. Pink Salt
1/4 tsp. Oregano
1/4tsp Parsley
1/8 tsp. Cayenne Powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Dash of thyme
1/4 cup chopped red Onion
1/4 cup diced Green, red, yellow, orange Pepper ( ( use whatever you have on hand )
1tbps Avocado oil ( use whatever oil you have on hand )
If you have Italian seasoning use that you don't need the ( oregano, lately, basil, thyme)
1. Wash and clean your onions and peppers ( and vegetables)
2. Dice your onions and peppers and place them in a bowl mix them together until well combined.
2. Turn the stove top on med heat, an add oil wait until heated then add in your peppers an onion. Cook them until almost tend for about 2- 3 minutes .
3. Remove from pan, and place in a bowl. Well you get your chickpea mixture together.
4. In Bowl combo chickpea flour and seasonings mix well. until it reaches a pancake mix like consistency. Don't add to much, add a little at a time and mix.
5. Add in your onion and pepper mixtures. before making the omelette
Making the chickpea omelette
1. To make the omelette place a frying pan on the heat medium high heat add oil 1tbsp
2. Add the mixtures to the pan, and flatten it out. With a spoon, to a disk like shape let it cook on one side flip.
3 Add filling of choice ( vegan cheese, or sauteed kale or spinach) once the other side is cook it will golden brown. Sandwitch it together then enjoy.
Making the chickpea scramble
1. To make the scramble place a frying pan on the heat medium high heat add oil 1tbsp
2. Add the mixtures to the pan, you want to start mixing with a fork immediately. It will get a little clumping but mix it.
3.Mix it well smash it a little. Until it gets brown turn off the heat .
4 Add in your pepper, and veggie of choice. Let it get golden brown; I love this on my veggie burrito
