Fruity Protein Bowl | Studio Vegan

Well at work, in the break room I came across one of my co-worker. Who was eating this amazing platter, he pulled on a plate. He had a bag of frozen blueberries, and nut butter, all on one plate with two-three bananas. It looks delicious!!!!


I told myself, I would try to make one of my own. So I did this is what you're looking at. This is the recipe for it, it's super simple, and it is amazing. Eat as your dessert or as amazing pick up protein-packed breakfast. I eat it for breakfast or dessert you know whatever.

It is so delicious., it's Savory, it's creamy, its fruit it's just amazing so here's what you're going to need



Ingredients


  1. 4 small red bananas or 2 yellow

  2. 1 apple

  3. 1/4 cup of berries ( blueberry, raspberry, blackberry)

  4. 1/4 cup or more nut or seed butter ( almond butter, sunflower butter, hemp butter, peanut butter, cashew butter, walnut butter...)

  5. 1-2 tbsp seed ( hemp seed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, poppy seeds...)

  6. 1tbsp nuts ( walnut, peanut, pecans, brazil nuts...)


Place it in a bowl make it look pretty or just mix together lol and enjoy this is so good eat take a little of everything on my spoon full its so good.


(side note I love it with frozen blueberry so good its next level frozen fruit )
