I know it's been well- awaited vlog I was going to do a full week but that's a lot so I decided to start with just one day and they'll be two more days available pretty soon she'll be walking you guys through what I eat on the almost daily basis what I eat switches depending on my mood no I don't eat the same thing every day no I don't always start with juice and water while with water yes but not juice. What I eat In a Day



So in the video I share what I eat in a day watch the whole thing and you'll see everything. I eat but I thought I'd also share on my blog some of the recipes, because I know I'm going to get questions.

On how made this, how I made that? This is why I created the blog



First, let's talk about the dinner I had when I first got home from work busy day didn't have lunch I made vegan tacos, not for the full vegan taco recipe you can check out the video below a further mushroom portion of the video using oyster to mushrooms.



Mushrooms Recipes


7 eight pieces Oyster Mushroom

1/4 cup or 2oz Gluten Free Flour

1TBSP or 0.5 oz Taco Seasoning

The oyster mushroom recipe is super simple all you have to do is.

  1. Lightly wash your oyster mushrooms place them in the bowl

  2. Add at your taco seasoning add your flour coating your oyster mushrooms

  3. Tossing them with your hand until well coated

  4. In a hot skillet add an oil and pan fry oyster mushroom golden that's All She Wrote it's super simple super easy and super taste.


Infused water :

5 Mint leaves

Pineapple 1/4 cup

cucumber 1/2 cup


BlueBerry pancakes pancake


Now for my breakfast for the blueberry pancake mix you will need

1/4 cup 2 oz or miyoko's I made Gulten Free classic pancake and biscuit

2TBSP or 1 oz Oats

1TBSP or 0.5 oz of hemp seeds

1tsp or 0.16oz cinnamon

1/3 cup or 2.7 oz of hemp milk ( any plant base milk )


1. You add everything to the Bowl with about 1/4 cup of hemp milk mix until well combined and then add to a hot Skillet some vegan butter allow it to melt adding in your pancake mix I use 1/4 cup to measure out my pancake mix but do it how you want cook into golden brown and flip and continue this process until all your mixture is gone.

Simply top your pancakes with your sweet of choice I use blueberries and I also added walnuts and topped it with some blueberry syrup and that's all super simple super good.

Fried Zucchini Blossoms Recipe


These are so good I love them :) You can also air fry these.They are so yummy plus t they are grown local check out my last farmer market haul!!


7-8 zucchini blossoms


1/2-1tsp of (Garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, oregano pink salt, black pepper, smoked paprika)


1/4 or 2 oz cup oil


For the fried zucchini blossoms

  1. Lightly wash your zucchini blossoms

  2. Remove the stems then add the seasoning with this season blend

  3. Toss in Flour coating the zucchini blossoms

  4. Adding oil to a pre heated pan on medium high heat place your zucchini blossom in the pan cooking until golden brown enjoy with a sauce or by themselves. You can also stuff it with spanish rice so good.
